With over 16 years of experience in the design industry, I've had the honor of helping businesses like yours flourish through innovative design and strategic solutions. My journey began in 2008 as a junior designer in Cherry Hill, NJ, where I started honing my skills in graphic design, web design, marketing, and creative direction.Over the years, I developed these skills further and established The Creative Bair as a platform to bring my passion for design to life, helping clients achieve their unique business goals with creativity and precision.Throughout my career, I've launched successful businesses and developed consistent brand recognition for my clients. Terms and Conditions for Website Design Initiation Service
Payment Details
Service Fee: $99.00
Credit Card Processing Fee: $3.90
Total Amount Due: $102.90
Service Description
This payment initiates The Creative Bair's website design services, which includes:
Business details review
Content needs assessment
Current branding evaluation
Written project feedback
Project planning consultation
Payment Terms
The total amount of $102.90 includes a non-refundable service fee of $99.00 and a credit card processing fee of $3.90
Payment must be made in full to begin services
This fee is separate from the website design package cost of $300
All credit card processing fees are non-refundable
Service Delivery
Services will commence within 1-2 business days of payment receipt
Initial review and feedback will be delivered within 1-1.5 weeks
Communication will be conducted via email or scheduled consultation calls
Important Notices
This fee does not include website design or development
The initiation service is a prerequisite for our $300 Website Starter Package
No refunds will be issued once the review process has begun
Service activation expires if website package is not purchased within 30 days
Limitations
This service does not include actual website development
No content creation or writing services are included
No design work is performed during this phase
No technical implementation is included
By completing this payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You also acknowledge that the credit card processing fee of $3.90 is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Design Initiation Terms

SERVICES PROVIDED
The $300 Website Starter Package includes:
One-page website template implementation
Web hosting setup
AI-generated or free stock images
Basic SEO implementation
Small business consulting during project duration
PAYMENT TERMSFull payment of $300 is required before website development begins
All payments are non-refundable once website development has started
Additional credit card processing fees may apply
PROJECT TIMELINEProject completion within 1-1.5 weeks from payment receipt
Timeline may extend if client delays providing required materials
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIESProvide necessary business content and information
Review and approve website design within 3 business days
Supply any specific images or branding elements if desired
REVISIONSOne round of minor revisions included
Additional revisions charged at $50 per hour
Revision requests must be submitted within 5 days of initial preview
LIMITATIONS
Services explicitly exclude:
Custom writing
Data entry
Custom graphics
Professional photography
Logo design
Additional pages beyond the one-page template
HOSTING AND MAINTENANCEAnnual maintenance fee of $300 applies after the first year
Hosting interruption may occur if maintenance fee is not paid
30-day notice required for service cancellation
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYClient retains rights to their content and information
Template design and structure remain property of The Creative Bair
Third-party assets (images, fonts) subject to their respective licenses
WARRANTY30-day technical support for website functionality
